Company Formation (PT PMA)

We set up your foreign-owned company (PT PMA) in Indonesia from start to finish. We handle every official step on your behalf, from choosing the right KBLI business codes to the notarial deed, ministry approval and tax number. Once your company is established, you can live in Indonesia legally and run your company with an Investor KITAS. Standard formation takes about 3–4 weeks. For urgent cases we also offer an Express option completed in 5 business days.
