D12 Pre-Investment Visa (Multiple Entry, 2 Years)
The D12 visa is a 2-year, multiple-entry pre-investment visa for those planning to set up a company or invest in Indonesia. It is suitable for pre-incorporation activities such as market research, partner meetings, and office or land viewings. You can stay up to 180 days per entry. If your investment process will take longer, it is more convenient than the 1-year visa, with no renewal hassle. The application is made from outside Indonesia and requires a local sponsor, which we provide. Once your company is set up, you can switch to an Investor KITAS. This visa does not permit work.
