Investor KITAS (2 Years)
The Investor KITAS is a 2-year stay permit for shareholders of a foreign-owned company (PT PMA) established in Indonesia. With this permit you can live in Indonesia legally, manage your company as a director or commissioner, and enter and leave as often as you like. No separate work permit (IMTA) is required. Your own company acts as your sponsor; we prepare and follow up the application on its behalf. The standard process takes about 3–4 weeks. For urgent cases we also offer an Express option completed in 15 business days.
